GoGame Bet Terms and Conditions – Official Rules for Pakistan Players

1. General Rules and Acceptance of Terms

GoGame Bet operates as an online casino and sports betting platform serving players based in Pakistan. These Terms apply to all products available on the platform — including but not limited to sports betting, cricket betting, PSL betting, live casino games, Teen Patti and Roulette.

By registering an account with gogame bet, you confirm that you are entering into a legally binding agreement. All services are provided subject to these Terms, which take precedence over any verbal or informal representations made elsewhere. GoGame Bet reserves the right to update these Terms at any time, with notice provided to registered members via email or account notification.

The governing currency for all transactions on gogame bet is Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All deposits, bonus amounts, winnings and withdrawals are denominated in PKR unless explicitly stated otherwise.

1.1 Acceptance by Use

Accessing or using any feature of the gogame bet platform — including browsing odds, placing bets, depositing funds or claiming promotions — constitutes acceptance of these Terms in their current form. You are responsible for reviewing this page periodically for any updates.

1.2 Language and Jurisdiction

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any ambiguity or inconsistency in translation, the English version shall prevail. GoGame Bet serves Pakistani players and these Terms are interpreted under the principles of Pakistani consumer expectations and common sense.

2. Eligibility to Register and Use GoGame Bet

To be eligible to use gogame bet, you must meet all of the following conditions at the time of registration and continuously throughout your membership:

• You are at least 18 years old and can provide valid identity documentation confirming your age upon request.
• You are accessing gogame bet from a location where online betting is not explicitly prohibited by applicable local law.
• You are registering for personal, recreational use only — not on behalf of any third party, business or syndicate.
• You are not a current employee, contractor or close family member of a GoGame Bet employee where such a relationship could constitute a conflict of interest.
• You have not previously been excluded or permanently banned from the gogame bet platform under any account, username or email address.
• You are not located in any jurisdiction where the use of online betting platforms is legally prohibited.

GoGame Bet reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to immediately suspend accounts where eligibility requirements are not met. Any winnings generated by ineligible accounts will be voided and the deposited funds returned to the original payment method where possible.

3. Account Registration

Each individual person is permitted to hold exactly one account on gogame bet. Duplicate accounts — whether under the same name, mobile number, CNIC number, email address, device or payment method — are strictly prohibited. Gogame bet uses automated and manual systems to detect duplicate account activity.

3.1 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, current and complete information when registering your account. This includes your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, your actual date of birth, a valid email address and a mobile number registered in your name. Providing false registration information is a breach of these Terms and may result in forfeiture of any balances held.

3.2 Account Security

You are fully responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. GoGame Bet will never ask for your password via email, chat or telephone. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact support at support@gogamebet.app immediately. Any activity carried out under your account credentials is your responsibility until the point at which you report unauthorised access and gogame bet confirms the suspension of your account.

3.3 One Account Per Person

Creating more than one account — including using a different name, phone number or email to open a new account after a previous one has been closed — is a serious breach. All balances and bonuses across duplicate accounts will be forfeited. GoGame Bet uses device fingerprinting, IP tracking and payment method matching to identify duplicate accounts and these checks are ongoing.

4. Identity Verification (KYC)

Before any withdrawal is processed, and at gogame bet's discretion at any other time, you will be required to complete identity verification (Know Your Customer, or KYC). This is a legal and operational requirement that protects all members from fraud, money laundering and unauthorised account access.

4.1 Required Documents

Standard KYC requires the following documents to be submitted in clear, legible photograph form:

• A clear photograph of your original Pakistani CNIC (both front and back).
• A selfie holding your CNIC next to your face, taken at the time of submission.
• Where required: proof of the payment method used for deposits (e.g. screenshot of your Easypaisa or JazzCash account showing your name and account number).

4.2 Verification Timeframe

GoGame Bet aims to complete standard KYC verification within 24 hours of receiving complete and clear documentation. During peak periods such as PSL season, processing may take up to 48 hours. Withdrawals remain on hold until verification is complete. This is not a delay tactic — it is a standard security requirement applied consistently to every account.

4.3 Refusal to Verify

If you decline to submit KYC documentation when requested, gogame bet reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing indefinitely. If fraudulent or altered documents are submitted, the account will be permanently closed and any balance may be forfeited.

5. Deposits

GoGame Bet accepts deposits via the following payment methods, all processed in PKR:

GoGame Bet does not accept cash deposits, cryptocurrency or third-party payments. All deposits must come from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from accounts belonging to other people are not accepted and will be returned.

5.1 Failed Deposits

If a deposit is deducted from your payment account but does not appear in your gogame bet balance within 30 minutes, contact support with the transaction reference number. GoGame Bet will investigate and credit the amount manually if confirmed. Do not submit duplicate deposit requests for the same transaction.

5.2 Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute against a genuine gogame bet deposit is a breach of these Terms. Accounts where chargebacks are initiated will be suspended pending investigation. If the chargeback is found to be illegitimate, the account will be permanently closed and the matter referred to relevant authorities.

6. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests from verified accounts are processed within 15 minutes for Easypaisa and JazzCash and within one business hour for IBFT bank transfers. Withdrawals can only be made to a payment account registered in the same name as your gogame bet account.

6.1 Minimum and Maximum Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal: Rs 500 via all methods.
• Maximum daily withdrawal: Rs 500,000 for standard accounts.
• VIP Diamond tier members may request higher limits — contact support directly.

6.2 Withdrawal Conditions

A withdrawal can be requested at any time for your real money balance. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement is completed. If you have an active bonus and request a withdrawal before completing wagering, the bonus and any winnings attributed to it will be forfeited — your deposited real money balance will be returned in full.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

GoGame Bet offers a range of promotions including a welcome deposit bonus, weekly cashback, cricket reload bonuses, PSL special offers and a VIP Club with tier-based cashback. 7.1 Welcome Bonus

The welcome bonus is a 100% match on your first deposit up to Rs 50,000. The bonus is credited automatically upon qualifying deposit. The wagering requirement is 10× the bonus amount (not the deposit plus bonus). The bonus is valid for 14 days from the date of credit. The bonus applies to sports betting, live casino, cricket and PSL betting markets.

7.2 General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are for personal use only and cannot be transferred between accounts.
• One welcome bonus per person, household, device and payment method.
• Real money funds are wagered before bonus funds at all times.
• Bonus funds and real money funds are tracked separately in your account.
• Wagering requirements must be met using the games specified in each offer — cross-game wagering may not be permitted for specific promotions, refer to individual offer terms.
• Bets placed with odds lower than 1.50 do not count toward wagering requirements on sports betting promotions.
• GoGame Bet reserves the right to void bonus funds and related winnings if evidence of bonus abuse is detected — including but not limited to: placing opposing bets with bonus and real money simultaneously, creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, or exploiting an error in bonus calculation.

7.3 Weekly Cashback

Weekly cashback is calculated on net losses over the previous Monday-to-Sunday period and credited every Monday morning. Cashback percentages are determined by VIP tier as documented on the VIP Club page. Cashback credits carry a single 1× wagering requirement. Cashback is paid on legitimate play — any account showing patterns of bonus abuse or artificial wagering may be excluded from cashback eligibility.

8. Sports Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on gogame bet — including cricket, PSL, football and other available markets — are subject to the following rules. These rules apply to both pre-match and live in-play betting.

8.1 Bet Acceptance and Confirmation

A bet is only confirmed once you receive a bet confirmation number and the wager appears in your bet history. A bet that has not been confirmed is not active. GoGame Bet is not responsible for bets that fail to confirm due to network issues or session timeouts — always verify your bet history before assuming a bet has been placed.

8.2 Odds Changes

GoGame Bet reserves the right to change odds at any time before a bet is confirmed. Once confirmed, your bet is settled at the odds shown on your bet slip confirmation — not any subsequent odds movement. In the event of an obvious pricing error where odds were published at a materially incorrect level, gogame bet reserves the right to void bets placed at the erroneous price and return stakes.

8.3 Settlement of Bets

Bets are settled based on the official result as declared by the governing body of the sport or competition. For cricket, gogame bet uses the results declared by the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) for domestic cricket and the International Cricket Council (ICC) for international matches. For PSL matches, the official PCB/PSL result is final.

8.4 Abandoned, Rained-Off and Voided Matches

• If a match is abandoned before it starts, all pre-match bets are voided and stakes returned.
• If a match starts but is abandoned before a valid result can be declared, bets are voided unless settlement rules for that specific market state otherwise.
• PSL matches settled on a DLS result are treated as valid results for match winner and total runs markets.
• Live in-play bets that have been partially settled (e.g. "next over runs" market that has closed) stand regardless of subsequent abandonment.

9. Casino Games

GoGame Bet's live casino and table game products — including Live Casino, Teen Patti, Roulette and Baccarat — are operated using live streaming technology with certified random number generation where applicable and human dealers for live table games. All games are independently certified.

9.1 Game Availability

Game availability may vary based on time of day, scheduled maintenance and technical requirements. GoGame Bet does not guarantee continuous availability of any specific game or table. Scheduled maintenance is communicated in advance where possible.

9.2 Technical Disconnection

If you experience a disconnection during a live casino game, the game round in progress at the time of disconnection will be settled based on the final outcome as recorded by gogame bet's server logs. In the event of a confirmed server error affecting game outcome, the affected round will be voided and the bet returned. Client-side connection issues (your device, network or browser) do not entitle you to a void or refund of a settled round.

9.3 Collusion and Cheating

Any attempt to collude with other players, exploit software vulnerabilities, use automated betting systems, or otherwise manipulate casino game outcomes is strictly prohibited. Accounts found engaging in such activity will be permanently closed and relevant funds forfeited. GoGame Bet may report such activity to appropriate authorities.

10. Responsible Gaming

GoGame Bet is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling. The platform provides tools to help you manage your gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders and self-exclusion. Full details of available tools and support resources are on the Responsible Gaming page.

10.1 Deposit Limits

You may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits from your account settings at any time. Limits take effect immediately upon being set. Reducing a limit takes effect immediately. Increasing a limit is subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before the increase becomes active.

10.2 Self-Exclusion

Permanent self-exclusion closes your account with no re-activation for a minimum of 12 months. Any active bonus funds are forfeited at the point of self-exclusion. Your real money balance, if any, will be returned via your last-used payment method within 5 business days. GoGame Bet will block marketing communications to self-excluded members.

11. Account Suspension and Closure

GoGame Bet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the event of any of the following:

• Breach of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Provision of false or misleading registration information.
• Detection of duplicate account activity.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, bonus abuse or money laundering.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable time when requested.
• Legal requirement to do so under applicable law or regulatory instruction.
• Abusive, threatening or offensive communications directed at gogame bet staff or other members.

Where a legitimate real money balance exists at the time of account closure due to a Terms breach, GoGame Bet will conduct a review. Confirmed bonus abuse or fraud will result in forfeiture of all balances. Balances arising from legitimate play on non-abused accounts will be returned to the registered payment method after deduction of any outstanding bonus wagering obligations.

12. Privacy and Data

GoGame Bet collects and processes personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. By registering and using gogame bet, you consent to this data processing as described. Your personal information is not sold to third parties and is used only for the purposes of operating your account, processing transactions, complying with legal obligations and improving the platform.

GoGame Bet uses cookies and session tracking to operate and improve the platform. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of this data collection. You may manage cookie preferences through your browser settings, though disabling certain cookies may affect platform functionality.

13. Changes to These Terms

GoGame Bet may update these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to registered members via email or account notification at least 7 days before taking effect, except where immediate changes are required due to legal or regulatory reasons.

Your continued use of gogame bet after any updated Terms come into effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any update, you should stop using the platform and contact support to arrange closure of your account.
